This is a Floor to Wall Thermal Expansion Joint Cover, featuring a recessed design that minimizes sight lines. The flexible seal provides a secure fit and yet retains flexibility. The below-floor blockout design adapts easily to many different floor finishes. An optional vapor barrier slides into the frame for easy installation. Additional options include water & fire barrier.
